Job Overview

As a Service Plumber at Dapper Plumbing, Heating, and Electric, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems meet safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Work both independently and as part of a team on larger projects.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Plumbing License.
• At least 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and state plumbing codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
