What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixtures, etc.)
• Perform water heater installs (tank & tankless)
• Educate homeowners on repair vs. replacement options
• Identify and recommend upgrades, replacements, and additional services
• Provide clear, upfront pricing and close work in the field
• Deliver a clean, professional, high-quality customer experience
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Residential plumbing experience (service-focused preferred)
• Experience with water heater installs (tankless a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust
• Comfortable recommending solutions and closing work
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
