Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Service Plumber
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, and instant hot water heaters
• Drain cleaning and hydro-jetting experience required
• Experience working with water, irrigation, and gas piping systems, including PVC, copper, black iron, and galvanized piping
• Skilled in servicing pump systems, including recirculation, booster, and sump pump systems (duplex and triplex configurations)
• Ability to diagnose and repair water heaters
• Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule
• Must be able to safely operate and maintain a company service truck, which must be stored at the employee’s residence (driveway or garage required; street parking not permitted)
• Must have experience working with both commercial and residential customers and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor

Compensation & Benefits

• 27% Commission+
