Responsibilities

* Perform routine and emergency sewer and drain cleaning services using industry-standard equipment. * Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for residential and commercial clients. * Utilize video inspection technology to assess the condition of sewer lines. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. * Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions. * Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job. * Assist in training new team members and share best practices. * Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry advancements.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification is a plus. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
