Site Superintendent (HVAC/Plumbing)

Position Summary

Berg Enterprises, Inc., is hiring experienced field leaders with extensive HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge to manage national mechanical and plumbing projects in Texas, Arizona, and across the United States. Responsibilities:* Lead foremen: Set the example; teach, coach, and mentor; advise on daily and project operations. * Workforce planning: Staff assigned crews; forecast workforce needs; assist with hiring and retention. * Communication: Coordinate and collaborate with field crews and office personnel; address customer, client, and vendor needs. * Field supervision: Lead site visits; inspect sites; maintain project schedule; manage costs.
