Site Superintendent - Plumbing

Job Summary

In collaboration with other Field Leadership and under the supervision of the Department Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for overseeing operations, Strategic planning, and personnel management of field staff within the plumbing trades, and coordinating fabrication for the assigned Project(s). Market Experience

Extensive market experience and technical knowledge in Plumbing and Process Piping systems. Proven experience on large commercial, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-tech construction projects, including:

• High-rise buildings
• Data Centers
• Healthcare facilities
• Schools and universities
• Hotels and resorts
• Mixed-use developments
• Industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Institutional facilities (universities, airports, government buildings)

Experience managing plumbing scopes ranging from $5M–$100M+, with the ability to lead field crews of 20–100+ plumbers, pipefitters, and subcontractors.

Strong understanding of mission-critical and complex project environments including data centers, Central Utility Plants, healthcare, industrial/process facilities, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing projects, with direct experience supporting fabrication operations, shop production teams, and prefabrication programs while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and schedule performance across all phases of fabrication and field installation.

General Forepersons, Forepersons, Journeypersons, Apprentices, Tradespersons, and Trainees.

• Lead and oversee all hydronics field activities to ensure standards and productivity are met in an effort to achieve company goals
