Skilled Residential Plumbing Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a experienced plumbing technician to join our team. As a Technician you will work under the guidance of an experienced plumber for two weeks to insure you have the previous experience you are applying for and then you will be in your own van. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the residential plumbing industry.

Duties: - Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential homes - Use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks - Pipe fitting, soldering, welding, and brazing - Read and interpret information on pipes, fittings and more - Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and quantities of materials needed - Pipe threading and cutting

-Use of Mobile application for billing and routing

• Ability to write out route sheets
• Knowledge of water heaters, sump pumps, pressure tanks and more
• Provide field service support as needed

-Help Maintain a clean work environment/ Maintain a clean work truck or van

Requirements

-Valid North Carolina drivers license - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong interest in the plumbing industry - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Must be prompt with attendance - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment - Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- Two years of residential plumbing experience
