This position will perform installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of building steam piping systems, condensate equipment, and hot‑water heat‑exchange systems. It also supports troubleshooting, major repairs, and ongoing maintenance for central and distributed heating and cooling plant equipment within District Energy, along with other short‑term projects and assignments as needed.

Job Duties

• Building Steam and hot Water Heat Exchanger Maintenance - Responsible for the operation, installation, maintenance, repair and modification of all building-side direct steam heat and heat exchanger systems.
• Utility Plant Maintenance - Assists with problem investigation, major repairs, breakdowns and planned/corrective maintenance of all equipment in the central and distributed heating and cooling plants.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Supports the shop supervisors and utility services manager as needed with short-term projects and assignments.
