Superintendent (Mechanical and Plumbing)

ColonialWebb is looking to hire a Superintendent. The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to oversee change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex projects. T his responsibility includes supervising day to day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with applicable contractual agreements and company budget objectives.

A day in the life

• Inspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned trade/craft workers
• Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for successful project completion
