Tradesman Plumber - Full time - Haltom City, TX

Location: BISD School District in Haltom City

Wage: $25-$30/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7:00AM-4:00PM

The successful candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and utilizes those with superiors, subordinates and those associated with the work. They are a problem solver. They maintain a strong sense of urgency concerning the scheduling and performance of the work. The person works well independently or as a productive member of a group. Job Qualifications

* Driver License required.

* 2 plus years of applicable trade experience.

* Tradesman Plumbing License required.

* Drain Cleaning endorsement preferred.

* Certifications as applicable.

* Experience with public school districts or colleges preferred.

* Bilingual is advantageous

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Opens sewer lines to restrooms, shop areas, kitchens, and water fountains repairing fittings, lines, valves and other plumbing fixtures

* Responsible for completing preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures, equipment and related piping systems.

* Assists in the preparation of gas inspection in accordance with plumbing codes
