Showroom Consultant

Candidates must create a successful marketing plan that will incorporate aspects of both pull and push strategies. For example, You will need to persuade Plumbing wholesalers to stock your items. To do this, you will need to raise brand awareness and also build word-of-mouth referrals. Engage directly with wholesale showroom consultants, Architects, Home Builders, Engineers, and owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Showrooms: Visit local wholesale plumbing showrooms regularly.
• Update Assets: Maintain and update physical and digital Elkay catalogs.
• Train Associates: Conduct product training sessions for showroom sales staff.
• Present Products: Introduce new Elkay product lines to partners.
• Expand Network: Network with home builders, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Secure Specifications: Pitch Elkay products to be included in new construction.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience delivering professional group presentations.
• Mobility: Must possess reliable personal transportation for daily territory travel.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Strong ability to manage a calendar and track multi-client accounts.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in plumbing, design, or construction sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
