Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across commercial and residential sites. Support the interpretation of technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of plumbing tasks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision. Participate in construction management activities, including site inspections and quality control checks. Help with building material installation such as fixtures, piping, and fittings while adhering to safety standards. Contribute to various construction tasks like window installation, drywall finishing, caulking, and tile laying as assigned. Learn to operate equipment related to concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and restoration projects.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or coursework in plumbing or construction is a plus. Strong interest in construction trades with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Basic understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and schematics preferred. Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
