Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with installing and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as cutting, fitting, and securing plumbing components.
• Participate in construction inspection activities to ensure quality standards are met throughout projects.
• Help with site preparation activities including layout work, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Follow safety protocols diligently with OSHA training and certification.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment by managing tools and materials efficiently.

Experience

• Prior construction site experience or hands-on work with building projects is highly desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Basic understanding of construction estimating processes or experience with blueprint reading will give you an edge.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems combined with experience in installation or repair will be advantageous.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation enhances your readiness for this role.
