Duties

• Assist with pipe installation and threading under supervision, ensuring precise measurements and proper fitting
• Support the setup and operation of power tools and hand tools safely during construction activities
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to aid in plumbing system assembly and remodeling projects
• Contribute to plumbing system maintenance and repair tasks on-site, following building code compliance standards
• Participate in welding and carpentry tasks as needed to support construction projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to power tool safety protocols and site safety guidelines
• Help with the interpretation of technical schematics related to HVAC systems and mechanical components

Qualifications

• Construction experience or familiarity with construction site environments is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, and pipe threading techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in learning plumbing codes and standards
