Responsibilities

Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites. Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment safely and efficiently. Participate in the assembly and remodeling of plumbing fixtures and systems. Support the use of welding techniques and mechanical knowledge for pipe fitting and system connections. Help with heavy lifting tasks and ensure proper handling of materials to maintain safety standards. Contribute to site cleanup, organization, and adherence to safety protocols during all phases of work.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with construction sites or handyman work is a plus. Basic math skills are necessary for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Some exposure to construction plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, or schematics reading is advantageous. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions. Strong desire to learn technical skills such as pipe threading, welding, and blueprint interpretation. Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or related experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
