Assistant Office/Disptacher - Plumbing

As our Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager and contribute to the success of the office. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare bank deposits, manage accounts payable and receivable viaour CRM and Quickbooks Online
• Handle customer phone calls, forward to appropriate parties, and take messages
• Assist manager with day to day tasks
• Reliable
• Flexible schedule, full time with overtime sometimes available.
• Ability to multi-task
• Deadline oriented
• Experience in holding others accountable
• Able to answer emergency calls after hours

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in customer service and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
