Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems using hand tools, and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping and fixtures.
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly for various plumbing configurations on construction sites.
• Utilize Plumbing knowledge to assist with related mechanical systems when required (Condensate installation)
• Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor including heavy lifting of materials and components.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation activities seamlessly.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment.
