Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team and contribute to the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial construction projects. Duties

• Install complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate system installation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform precise work efficiently.
• Install slab, rough and trim plumbing.
• Perform pipe fabrication tasks for custom plumbing solutions.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and specifications.
• Perform remodeling, assembly, heavy lifting, and Plumbing tasks as needed on construction sites.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for installation or repair projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following OSHA guidelines.

Experience

• Proven slab commercial plumbing projects.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing system installation in large-scale buildings.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and excavation.
• Familiarity with local building codes related to water systems, drainage, and safety standards.
