Duties

• Develop accurate and competitive construction estimates for commercial plumbing projects utilizing construction.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise understanding of project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution from inception through completion.
• Manage project schedules proactively by utilizing project scheduling techniques to monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and contractual obligations while maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Project management software to streamline workflows, document control, and reporting processes.
• Review contracts thoroughly to ensure scope compliance and manage change orders efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
