Commercial Plumbing Technician – Underground & Site Utilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumbing Technician specializing in underground and site utilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex plumbing systems on commercial construction sites. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain underground plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, and sewer connections for commercial sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for underground utility installation while adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and schedules.
• Conduct inspections of installed systems to verify proper function and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Assist with remodeling or assembly tasks as needed on construction sites or during retrofit projects.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during installation or repairs.
