Commercial Service Plumber

Professional Requirements

• At least two to three years of background in residential or commercial plumbing service is desired.
• Possession of a valid Journeyman's License is mandatory.
• Proven ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting is essential.
• Experience working with gas piping, domestic water systems, fixture installation, storm drainage, and sanitary waste is preferred.

Core Duties

• Help maintain high-quality plumbing infrastructure by providing repair and service solutions for residential and light commercial clients throughout the Bangor region.
• Address urgent service requests and emergency calls by identifying plumbing malfunctions and executing necessary repairs or replacements for fixtures, valves, and piping.
• Support the operational integrity of facilities by performing routine preventative maintenance and managing various gas, waste, drainage, and water systems.
• Provide clear and professional explanations regarding available upgrades and repair solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
