Commercial Service Plumber

Oracle Plumbing is looking hire a full time Service Plumber.

*Description of Position:*

Provide service and maintenance to customers in multi-family, multi-tenant buildings, commercial, and industrial environments.

Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining domestic water, drain, waste and vent systems, domestic cross connection and backflow prevention, heating and cooling systems, equipment, fixtures.

Perform scheduled and emergency service and maintenance.

This position entails working in varied conditions including but not limited to water heater closets, parking garages, mechanical rooms, roofs, attic and crawl spaces. Will be exposed to loud equipment, extreme weather conditions, confined spaces.

This position is very physical and requires use of hands, fingers, walking, crouching, and kneeling. Requires regular lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting and moving 100 pounds or more.

*Education:*

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)

*Experience:*

• Plumbing: 5 years (Required)
• Service: 1 Year

*License/Certification:*

• Driver's License (Required)
• Journeyman Plumber (Required)
• ASSE Certificatoin (Preferred)
• EPA License (Preferred)
• Brazing Certification (Preferred)
• Med Gas Certification (Preferred)

*Requirements:*

• Pass drug screening
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds

• Maintenance a professional appearance
• Always be professional and respectful when representing the company
• Use Field Management Software for daily assignments
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective repair or replacement solutions
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and domestic water pipe, waste and vent pipe
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform work safely and efficiently
• Complete work orders daily
