Commercial Service Plumbing Service Technician

### SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Performs scheduled and unscheduled service and repairs on residential, light commercial & commercial plumbing systems. * Works in various installation, repair, maintenance and service capacities individually, and as part of a crew. * Must be able to work weekends and nights for emergency plumbing calls * Diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment to determine cause and appropriate corrective action * Installs, services, or replaces components including, but not limited to fixtures, faucets, water heaters, water softeners, pumps, valves * Knowledge of backflows and willing to get certified * Performs physically demanding tasks related to installation and repair of plumbing systems. * Performs preventive maintenance tasks according to established protocols * Completes required documentation (i.e. work orders, purchase orders, etc.) for services performed * Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized; ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe equipment use and operation. ### Job Requirements:

* Excellent people skills * Mechanically inclined * Self-motivated * Valid Drivers License * Plumbing Repair Experience & Drain Cleaning Experience Preferred ### Job Type:
