Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher – Plumbing Service Department

Partners Plumbing is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher. This position plays a key role in providing an excellent customer experience by assisting customers, coordinating service calls, supporting our technicians, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing excellent service.
• Create and update work orders within scheduling software.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments, updates, and service-related questions.
• Maintain and follow up on open jobs by contacting customers regarding scheduling and next steps
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Schedule approved repairs and ensure proper communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation within company systems.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
• Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy service environment.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and various office systems.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Familiarity with GPS and dispatching systems is a plus.
