Position Summary The Director of Mechanical & Plumbing Virtual Construction provides strategic and operational leadership for all virtual construction and construction technology initiatives supporting mechanical and plumbing operations. This role oversees discipline leads, designers, detailers, Trimble layout and scan units, and the firm’s VC technology and data ecosystem, ensuring alignment between design, fabrication, field execution, and business objectives. The Director applies the Company's set standards, builds/validates/enforces scalable processes, leads teams, and drives innovation to improve constructability, productivity, safety, and data-driven decision making across projects and regions.
