Position Summary The Mechanical & Plumbing Virtual Construction Manager (VCM) is responsible for leading virtual and construction (VC) efforts for mechanical sheet metal, piping and plumbing systems from preconstruction/engineering or estimating through project VC completion. This role bridges the Advanced Construction Planner (ACP) efforts and fabrication by leveraging VC, coordination, and constructability expertise to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support successful project delivery. The VCM collaborates closely with the ACP, designers/detailers, trade partners, and field teams (via ACP) to ensure coordinated, accurate, and buildable models that align with project goals, schedules, and budgets.
