About Us

We are a fast-growing plumbing company serving residential and commercial customers throughout San Diego County. We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and dependable Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch plumbers and technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Confirm appointments and communicate arrival times to customers
• Follow up on estimates and unsold jobs
• Manage customer information and job records in our software system
• Assist with invoicing and payment collection
• Coordinate with technicians regarding schedules and job status
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or office administration experience preferred
• Plumbing, HVAC, restoration, construction, or home service industry experience is a plus
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
