Kay Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing residential service company proudly serving the Lexington and Columbia area since 2008. We are currently hiring a Dispatcher to join our office team.

We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a busy schedule while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Coordinate schedules and update job information
• Communicate with technicians and customers regarding arrival times and schedule updates
• Assist with rescheduling and emergency calls as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Support office operations and team communication

Qualifications

• Prior dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a big plus
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
