Compensation

This is a full commission, performance-based position. Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and results. There is no cap on your earning potential, and top performers are rewarded for the value they bring to the team.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our plumbing and HVAC services.
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression for our company.
• Educate homeowners on the value of preventative maintenance and available services.
• Schedule appointments for our licensed plumbing and HVAC specialists.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Comfortable talking with homeowners and working outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends.
