Duties

• Collaborate with customers to identify their plumbing needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Assist in measuring, estimating, and quoting plumbing projects accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, ensuring customers understand their options
• Support installation teams by providing technical guidance on construction plumbing, pipe threading, and schematic interpretation
• Conduct site inspections to assess existing plumbing systems, identify potential issues, and suggest remodeling or repair strategies
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to assist with troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project specifications
• Drive company vehicles responsibly for site visits or deliveries related to plumbing supplies or equipment

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing or mechanical systems
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques, schematics, and blueprint reading
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting procedures, and safety protocols on construction sites
