Drain Technician

Done Right Today is a family owned and operated Plumbing and Drain Cleaning business who is looking for either an experienced drain cleaning technician to join our growing team. The right individual must be well-mannered, have a strong work ethic, punctual, customer service skills, be respectful of others’ property and maintain a professional appearance.

To join our team, you must

• Have a minimum of 2 years residential drain cleaning or plumbing service experience
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have an insurable motor vehicle record

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drain clogging and cleaning experience
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the drain from functioning
• Meet with homeowners to solve their drain problems
• Discuss repairs with homeowners to determine the best solution for their problem

Complete repairs to a 100% level of satisfaction to the customer

Requirements: (Apply only with experience)

• 2 or more years of Sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experience
• Expereince using a CRM software (Service Titan experience a plus)
• Experience operating a sewer camera
• Repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or experience using trenchless pipe replacement equipment
• Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping
