Experienced Plumbing Service Technician (3–5+ Years Experience)

and we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, water services, and drain lines
• Perform sewer and water service repairs and excavations (experience preferred)
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Complete digital estimates, invoices, and job notes
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• On-call Rotation

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues independently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Experience

• Sewer & Drain experience
• Water heater installations
• Tankless water heater experience
