Responsibilities

• Perform residential drain cleaning, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
• Conduct system safety inspections and identify potential concerns
• Utilize company flat-rate pricing guides to provide accurate estimates
• Educate homeowners on available solutions, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations
• Present membership plans and additional service offerings when appropriate
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Complete post-service quality assurance checks
• Follow "Better Than You Found It" cleanup standards on every job
