Journeyman Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, and drainage in accordance with construction plans and schematics.
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine the layout and specifications for plumbing installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and safety regulations at every stage of the project.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and field service personnel to coordinate project timelines and requirements.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while following safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly during service calls or remodeling projects.
