Job Description

Responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing mechanisms all while providing top-notch customer service. You should also be able to diagnose problems, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with other contractors when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems
• Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and water and sewer systems.
• Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures
• Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety
• Performing inspections and providing advice to homeowners property management and business owners.
• Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
• Working as a team with dispatch and other technicians and plumbers.
• Providing time and cost estimates beforehand.
• Communicating effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.
• Being polite and respectful of clients and their homes at all times.
• Ensure proper daily documentation of activities
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project

Competencies and Qualifications

• Valid Oregon (required)/ Washington (preferred) Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• At least 3 years plumbing experience
