Overview

Patriot Plumbing & Rooter is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can diagnose and repair plumbing problems efficiently.

Our work is primarily residential service and repair throughout Southern Orange County, with occasional commercial work. We provide a professional working environment, modern equipment, steady year-round work, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Duties

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, gas lines, water supply lines, drain, waste and vent (DWV) systems, sewer lines, and water service lines.
• Perform drain cleaning using drain machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras.
• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain recommended repairs to customers in a professional manner.
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications when required.
• Safely operate plumbing equipment including drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, inspection cameras, press tools, pipe threading equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing plumbing systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle and job site.
• Complete service reports and required documentation accurately using company software.
• Follow all California plumbing codes, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with dispatch, office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform physical work safely, including lifting materials, working in confined spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders when required.
