Journeyman Plumber

Anacapa Plumbing is seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our team! We are a family run business based in Santa Barbara (29+ years) and rated as one of the top companies in town (check us out online). Positions Available

• Service Technicians
• Drain Technicians
• Sewer and Trenchless Installations

The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines, gas lines, sewer systems, sewage ejection systems, faucets and shower valves, water heaters, and tankless water heaters.

Ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is punctual, has attention to detail, and is able to work well with others as well as confident enough to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe, pipeline systems, and the associated equipment (sewage ejection systems, water heaters, etc)
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Maintain and repair residential and commercial sewer systems
• Real time entry of all time and materials, per job, using our integrated mobile software
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients, using our mobile software.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing (new construction or maintenance)
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid CA drivers license with approved DMV record.
• Have all basic plumbing hand tools and small power tools (we provide the rest)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
