We are growing and looking to add motivated Entry-Level Pipefitters & Hearth Technicians to our skilled field team.

Position Overview

The Entry-Level Pipefitter & Hearth Technician will assist in installing natural gas lines, fireplaces, gas appliances, and outdoor living equipment in residential and commercial settings. This is a mobile role requiring travel between job sites throughout the region, in addition to overnight travel to work out of the Bend location as needed (avg. 1-2 days a week, some overnights needed). The ideal candidate is eager to learn, dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to build skills in a fast-paced environment where quality and professionalism are top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and testing of natural gas lines in accordance with local and national codes
• Help set up and install fireplaces, gas appliances, and outdoor living equipment
• Learn to troubleshoot and repair gas line issues and related equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards on every job
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation manuals with guidance from senior technicians
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job-related equipment in clean and working order
• Complete and maintain accurate job documentation and service records

Requirements

• No prior experience required — training will be provided
• Some knowledge of local building codes and safety standards
• Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical systems is a plus
