Job Description

The Experienced Apprentice Plumber will work directly with our lead field plumber on residential renovation and new construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong installation skills, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and takes pride in producing quality work.

We are looking for someone who can contribute immediately, maintain a strong work ethic, and help keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rough and finish plumbing installations
• Install water, waste, and vent piping systems
• Set and install plumbing fixtures and equipment
• Read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily work
• Maintain organized and clean job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow company safety policies and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing field experience
• Registered plumbing apprentice preferred
• Strong residential plumbing installation experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred

• 3rd–5th Year Apprentice
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing code
