We are a locally owned & operated plumbing company for 50 years that offers residential, commercial & service for new construction, remodels, tenant improvements & repairs. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Journeyman Plumber PL01 for commercial work to join our dynamic construction team serving the King, Pierce, and surrounding areas. Medical gas piping, design build & backflow installation. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet all safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills to deliver quality workmanship efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform physical duties required of a plumber (crawls, ladders, lifts, digging, moving heavy items).
• Interpret plans & specifications to map layout for drainage systems, water piping and other plumbing materials.
• Install supports for pipes, equipment and fixtures.
• Install pipes, fittings, fixtures and water heaters.
• Test plumbing systems.
• Follow Company Health and Accident Prevention Plan

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Skilled in pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read basic math measurements accurately for precise installations.
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Valid WA state driver's license with clean driving record.
