Experienced New Construction Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced New Construction Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in new commercial and residential buildings. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet all safety standards, local building codes, and project specifications. Duties

• Install, assemble, and connect plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in new construction sites
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of plumbing components
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques to cut, assemble, and secure pipes and fittings
• Operate plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and verify proper installation during construction phases
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all phases of work
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation processes on-site
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems as needed during construction projects
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required; ensure proper handling of pipes, fixtures, and tools for safety and efficiency

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation in commercial or residential settings
• Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing systems, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings
