What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Install and repair faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, and fixtures
• Repair water, drain, and sewer piping
• Perform plumbing system inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Complete service tickets and documentation using a mobile tablet
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing installation and service experience (Required)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience installing traditional and tankless water heaters
• Experience with residential remodels and plumbing replacements
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus (training available)
