Duties

• Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with project specifications.
• Perform remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing tasks, including assembly of new fixtures and integration with existing systems.
• Utilize welding techniques where necessary for pipe repairs or modifications, ensuring durable connections.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes by inspecting plumbing systems regularly and documenting all work performed.
• Assist with construction site activities such as heavy lifting, carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations, and site cleanup to uphold safety standards.
• Operate heavy machinery like trenchers or excavators when required for large-scale plumbing projects on residential properties.
