Residential Service Plumber

Evergreen Plumbing & Drains is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team in the Centerville and Mason area.

We are a locally owned, community-focused plumbing company that believes in doing things the right way. We take care of homeowners, we take care of our team, and we try not to make plumbing feel more miserable than it already can be.

We’re looking for someone with residential plumbing experience who can diagnose problems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and take pride in clean, professional work.

Experience is important, but so is attitude. If you have 1–3+ years of plumbing experience and want to keep growing, we’ll train you the Evergreen way.

Responsibilities

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide homeowners with clear options
• Complete service calls in a clean, professional, and respectful manner
• Install and repair water heaters, toilets, faucets, drains, piping, valves, and other residential plumbing systems
• Perform basic remodeling and plumbing installation work when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and other team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, truck, and job site
• Safely operate plumbing tools, equipment, and machinery
• Follow company processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations
• Mentor helpers or apprentices when needed

Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 1–3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and repair methods
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend proper solutions
• Great communication and customer service skills
• A clean, professional appearance and attitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
