Experienced Service Plumber

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and during remodeling projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical tools to complete installations and repairs
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and compliance documentation for each project

Skills

Minimum 3+ years experience

• Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, equipment efficiently
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
• Experience with remodeling projects
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including heavy lifting techniques
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Familiarity with plumbing and general mechanical troubleshooting skills
