Job Description
Go Direct Services is a fast-growing plumbing & utilities company expanding into commercial, GC, and HOA accounts. We're looking for a driven Field Sales & Business Development Rep to open new doors and build long-term relationships with contractors, general contractors, and property management companies.
What you'll do: · Prospect and develop relationships with GCs, HOAs, and commercial property managers · Attend contractor meetings, job sites, and networking events to build the referral pipeline · Assist with inbound service calls during peak periods · Manage your own lead pipeline and report weekly to the GM
What we're looking for: · 1–3 years outside sales or business development experience · Construction, trades, or property management industry background strongly preferred · Self-starter — this is a hunting role, not a warm leads role · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation: · $40,000–$52,000 base salary · Commission on all accounts opened - 10% on profits or more · Company vehicle allowance / mileage reimbursement · Growth opportunity as company scales toward $4M
Pay: $75,938.22 - $140,224.54 per year
