Plumbing Selling Technician

Location: Westminster, CO

Commission Pay: We pay top commissions in the industry with a very simple pay structure.

Earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ per year (performance-based)

If you know how to turn a plumbing inspection or water heater flush into a repair or a replacement, this is the place where you write your own paycheck.

What You’ll Do

• Run maintenance and/or service calls daily.
• Diagnose systems, educate homeowners, and present clear options.
• Sell and perform repairs (18% commission).
• Sell and close equipment replacements (10% commission).
• Deliver clean, professional installs alongside our install team.
• Push yourself to beat your own numbers each week.

How You Get Paid

• Commission pay on sales
• Membership sales and spiffs
• Department turnover spiffs
• Monthly contests and leaderboard recognition.

Earnings are uncapped. Average techs earn ~$80k. Strong closers make $100k–$150k. Top performers push $150k+.
