Plumbing Lead Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a Residential Plumber. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, includes rotating on-calls. This position has a base pay and is eligible for commissions on any upsells.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and diagnose water heaters, boilers, water lines, drains, and gas lines
• Ensure installations meet code and company quality standards
• Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and team productivity
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, monometers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Document details on all calls including estimates and recommendations
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

* 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience * Previous experience as residential plumber * Experience with re-pipes, drain/sewer systems, water heaters, and residential plumbing installations * Knowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferred * Proficient with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, and cast iron piping * Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes * Journeyman license is a plus *...
