Top Mechanical Contracting, a veteran-owned mechanical company, is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We proudly serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients, providing high-quality HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installation, service, and repair.

We are looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work, values integrity, and is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems
• Diagnose, install, repair and service plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform equipment installations and system replacements
• Complete routine maintenance and preventative service
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
• Assist with plumbing-related work when applicable
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 4 years of HVAC/ Plumbing experience preferred
• Experience with service, installation, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic tools required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, integrity, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Plumbing experience
• Boiler/Hvac experience

Compensation and Schedule

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Overtime opportunities available
