Position Summary

The HVAC and Plumbing Installer Helper assists lead installers and technicians with HVAC and plumbing installations, replacements, maintenance tasks, jobsite preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic field support. This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, coachable, safety-minded, and interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC and plumbing trades. You’ll represent the company on jobsites with professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing installations

* Help load, unload, carry, stage, and organize tools, equipment, parts, and materials

* Prepare jobsites by protecting customer property, setting up work areas, and maintaining a clean workspace

* Assist with setting equipment, running line sets, ductwork, condensate lines, vents, drains, water lines, and basic piping under supervision

* Support basic demolition, removal, disposal, and cleanup of old equipment and materials
